Val d'Isère village 1850

The old town of Val d’Isère consists of typical stone and wooden-clad chalets, high-end shops and charming hotels, all centred around a buzzing high street. Its quality bars and restaurants make it the perfect place to sample local produce; from Alpine génépi liqueur to an array of emblematic cheese-dishes… It’s the cherry on top a perfect skiing experience.

Val d'Isère le Fornet

Located just a few kilometers up the valley from the old town centre, the incredibly pretty village of Le Fornet boasts charmingly typical French chalets and Val d’Isère’s world class 2 star Michelin restaurant. And not only is Le Fornet a treat for the eyes and taste-buds – it’s also home to all of the resort’s fantastic tree runs. What more could you want?

Val d'Isère La Daille

If it’s a change of scene you’re after, then welcome to La Daille. Located just outside the main village of Val d’Isère, its free bus service ensures effortless access to and from the rest of the resort. La Daille’s two main lifts and funicular take you directly to the top of the Bellevarde, while a gondola ferries you straight to the world famous La Folie Douce. Think the “mild madness” of a mini Ibiza scene up the Alps – bright lights, late nights and Moonboots… La Folie Douce comes to life like no other après bar!
